Necessary materials:
8 pieces of bass fillet
1 dessert spoonful of hot chili pepper
1 spoonful of dried rosemary
1 teaspoonful of black pepper
3-4 spoonful of olive oil

Adjust and heat the oven to 200 degrees. Slightly oil the oven tray. Mix olive oil, salt and spices in a plate. Arrange the bass fillets on the oiled tray. Baste them with spiced oil. Cook in 200 degree oven for 10-12 min. Serve hot. You can also serve this dish on lightly toasted thin bread slices.
