4 pieces of bass
4 laurel leaves
Salt, black pepper, olive oil
4 pieces of waxed cooking paper
Adjust and heat the oven to 200 degrees. Wash and dry the vegetable. Peel the onion. Cut all vegetables into thin, circular slices.
Place one bass in each paper, and place one laurel leaf into the mouth of each bass. Slightly baste inside and outside with salt and oil. Place a lemon slice, onion and tomato under and over the fish, and fold the paper into a wrap. Place the wraps on the oven tray and cook for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Serve hot.
