Necessary materials:

8 bass fillets
1 teacupful of breadcrumbs
1 teacupful of normal flour
Salt, powdered red pepper
1 egg +1 spoonful of water
Half a glass of oil for frying

  • Put flour mixed with 1 teaspoonful of salt in a flat plate, and breadcrumbs mixed with 1 teaspoonful of powdered red pepper into another flat plate. Whip 1 egg with 1 spoonful of water in another bowl.

Remove the skins off the fillets with a filleting knife. First, roll the fish in the flour. Then roll them in the egg. And finally roll both sides in the breadcrumbs. Slowly immerse the breaded fish into the heated oil and immediately turn down the heat. Cook on low heat until both sides becomes pink, then remove the fish onto a piece of paper towel. Serve hot with parsley, red pepper or boiled potato slices.
