Necessary materials:
4 pieces of bream fillet
2 pieces of boiled potatoes
1 egg
50 gr grated fresh cheese
2-3 spoonful of breadcrumbs
Salt, Black pepper
Mince the fish meat in a rondo. Mash the boiled potatoes, and then add grated cheese, fish meat, egg, salt, black pepper and breadcrumbs, and knead. Break small pieces of the mixture and shape them into small balls by hand. Roll these balls in breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a deep pan or deep fryer, and immerse the balls in oil. Fry until they reach a golden colour, and then remove them. Serve hot, warm or cold.
