Necessary materials:
2 pieces of bream
1 onion
1 laurel leaf
4-5 pieces of black pepper seeds
6 glasses of water
Salt
1 spoonful of flour
2 spoonful of butter
1 teacupful of cream
Put 6 glasses of water into a pot, add one whole peeled onion, laurel leaf, salt and black pepper seeds, and then leave it to boil. When the water boils add the fished and cook for 10 minutes.
